- site promotion, maintenance and uploading
- banner advertising
- URL management, email redirection InterNic dealings (.com, .net .org, .ca)

Like everything, this depends on how complicated your website ideas are.
Generally I charge by job (contract) based on an estimate of time needed to accomplish the job.
My hourly charge for general services is at $30 Canadian dollars an hour all inclusive.
